What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to golfswingescapes@gmail.com.
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event: Full refund of amounts paid (excluding any non-refundable deposit).
Cancellations made 14–29 days before the event: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refund.
Clients may, at our discretion, request a one-time rescheduling of their booking instead of a refund, subject to availability. We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
What is included in the Golf Experience package?
Each Golf Experience package includes:
Golf rounds at iconic courses, with full access to facilities and caddies where specified.
Personalised coaching and technical analysis from PGA Professionals using advanced technologies such as GC Quad and Capto.
Luxury accommodation and selected meals (as outlined in the itinerary).
Cultural and leisure activities, including excursions, tastings, or tours related to the destination.
Exclusive gifts and the opportunity to participate in a final tournament or competition.
Please note that additional personal expenses, travel to/from the destination, or optional activities may not be included.
Do I need to be an experienced golfer to join?
No. Golf Swing Escapes Limited welcomes golfers of all skill levels. Our PGA Professionals provide tailored coaching and support to ensure every participant can enjoy the experience. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned player, our packages are designed to combine learning, enjoyment, and memorable experiences at world-class courses.
