1. Introduction
Golf Swing Escapes Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an international provider of premium golf clinics, experiences, and tailor-made travel packages. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you (“you”, “client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
These Terms set out the rights and responsibilities of both parties, including:
Booking procedures, deposits, and payment obligations;
Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies;
Participation risks and liability limitations;
Use of our website and intellectual property rights.
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
We provide golf clinics, bespoke golf experiences, and tailor-made travel packages, both within the UK and internationally.
All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, locations, or service providers if necessary, due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including weather, course closures, or other unforeseen events.
All descriptions of services, including coaching, travels, technology use (such as GC Quad and Capto), accommodation, and cultural experiences, are provided in good faith and may be subject to minor changes.
Transport in local vans/minibuses during all programme days is included.
Air travel is not included and remains the responsibility of the client.
3. Booking, Payments, and Deposits
Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation to secure your place. This deposit is refundable only after deduction of any non-refundable costs charged by hotels or other service providers.
Payment Schedule:
30% deposit at booking
40% payment due 90 days before departure
Remaining 30% due 30 days before departure
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Anna Money, major credit/debit cards, or any other method specified at checkout.
Late or Non-Payment: Failure to pay any installment on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent to the client.
4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to golfswingescapes@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund of amounts paid, excluding any non-refundable costs charged by hotels or suppliers.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
Rescheduling: At our discretion, clients may request to reschedule a booking once, subject to availability, without incurring additional fees. Any subsequent rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation.
We strongly recommend clients take out appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including medical emergencies and cancellations.
5. Participation, Liability, and Safety
All clients participate in golf clinics, experiences, and travel arrangements at their own risk.
Golf Swing Escapes Limited shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation, except where caused directly by our negligence.
Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by PGA Professionals, instructors, or venue staff.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to participate in golf activities and travel.
6. Travel and Accommodation
Accommodation and travel included in packages are provided by third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for any failure, delay, or dissatisfaction relating to these services.
Any additional expenses incurred during the trip, including meals not specified, transport, or personal activities, are the responsibility of the client.
We will endeavour to provide the highest standard of accommodation, transport, and services in line with the descriptions provided at the time of booking.
7. Use of Technology
Services may include the use of advanced technologies such as GC Quad and Capto for swing analysis and putting optimisation.
Clients agree to follow instructions for safe use of all equipment and technology.
We are not liable for any technical failure or data loss related to these systems.
8. Included Services
Assistance with UK visa application, if required.
Travel insurance covering medical emergencies and cancellations.
Local transport in vans/minibuses during all scheduled programme days.
Golf coaching, technology analysis, and any services specified in the booked package.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, marketing materials, images, videos, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of Golf Swing Escapes Limited.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from Golf Swing Escapes Limited.
10. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, spam, phishing, or any activity that may compromise its security.
Any breach of this clause may result in legal action.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be published on our website and will apply to bookings made after the publication date.
